Terms of Supply

1. Scope & Applicability

These Terms of Supply govern all quotations, trade enquiries, purchase orders, and commercial supply arrangements for Athrix PTMT taps, valves, and sanitary fittings manufactured by Atharv Plast ("the Manufacturer"). By requesting quotations, placing wholesale orders, or engaging as a distributor or dealer, the purchasing party agrees to these terms.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All price lists, website catalogue displays, and commercial estimates are indicative and subject to confirmation via formal Proforma Invoice or Purchase Agreement. Trade prices exclude applicable freight, insurance, and GST unless explicitly specified in writing.

3. Orders & Dispatch

• Orders are scheduled for manufacturing and dispatch following mutual confirmation of specifications and agreed payment terms.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to bulk wholesale, distributor packaging, and OEM custom branding orders.
• Transit risk and delivery terms follow standard Ex-Works (EXW) or Freight On Board (FOB) terms agreed in the commercial invoice.

4. Quality & Warranty

All Athrix products undergo hydrostatic pressure testing and dimensional quality inspection at our manufacturing facility. We warrant products against raw material flaws and manufacturing defects under normal recommended plumbing operating conditions. Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse beyond rated pressures, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Inspection & Claims

The buyer must inspect shipments upon arrival. Any transit damage or quantity discrepancy must be notified to our trade desk in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt with appropriate photo or delivery documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

The brand name "Athrix", product molds, technical drawings, and promotional materials remain the proprietary property of Atharv Plast. Distribution partners are granted non-exclusive rights to display branded materials solely for authorized resale.
